Sleek MakeUP’s  latest launch was Say It Loud lipstick and Lip Volve Glosses and here at Brandnation’s beauty PR and beauty influencer team we decided it was time for us to turn up the volume and create some high impact noise for our longstanding beauty client. What better way to Say It Loud than with a retro 90s Boombox gifting!

Say it loud, say it Sleek

Brandnation’s beauty PR and influencer team worked with our in-house design and creative department to design a one-off boombox that as well as holding samples of the great new Sleek product also actually works as a speaker!

In creative celebration, we really ramped up the design of our replica boombox with portable, detachable Bluetooth speaker, Sleek Spotify 90s playlist to reflect the song names of the products (think 90s R&B idols); and used the products themselves to make the boombox dials and encourage some high voltage looks from our target influencers.

Serious lip service

To pay some serious lip service, we gifted 150 influencers from our extensive in-house influencer database (featuring over 5,000 beauty influencers) with all 10 intense coverage, satin finish Say It Loud lipstick shades and 3 Lip Volve Glosses. The influencers blew up their feeds posting about the products and the packaging, “This is the sickest PR package ever. It is so innovative. Can we just talk about the packaging – it’s well cool. The PR packaging for Sleek is insane as per usual – it’s an actual stereo! How sick is this?” Safe to say, we slayed it.

This time around Brandnation Team Beauty dialled it up and thought within the box – with all objectives smashed and Boom! over 6,500,000 reach secured for launch week; can’t say it louder than that!
